Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa

We stayed in a great hotel with a perfect location. It was in a quiet area that had the most amazing view of the River. We were able to walk to plenty of nice restaurants nearby for brunch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the traffic in front of the hotel was quite disturbing at night.

Had a great Xmas stay! The design of the hotel was excellent, very stylish and high quality. The staff was polite and spoke excellent English. The breakfast had a delicious variety of high-quality food. It was a nice touch to be offered a discount for the unavailability of certain facilities.

A few minor inconveniences. The front desk seemed a bit disorganized and the checkout process had some issues with charges.

In our recent stay at a hotel in this city, we were impressed by the cleanliness and excellent facilities. The hotel's location directly on the river provided us with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, as well as the most amazing view. Being in the centre of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the shops and restaurants nearby.

Luxurious amenities, exceptional service, and unbeatable location make this hotel a must-visit. the splendid river views, proximity to key attractions, and an outstanding Spa center with an indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, and sauna made my stay in the hotel an incredibly unforgettable experience. Not to mention the exclusive room advantages, such as the comfortable bedding and the private facilities. the restaurant and bar are also outstanding, featuring a delicious buffet breakfast and delightful special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was related to the sun loungers by the pool. There weren't enough of them for everyone, and on busy days, it could get challenging to find a sun lounger to relax and unwind.

This hotel was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. the exclusive amenities of the spa and wellness centre offered us a much-needed break from our busy schedule. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage services were simply amazing. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for a lazy afternoon. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for a comfortable meal and relaxed evening drinks. Cons: the only minor downside was the noise level, as we could hear a bit of street noise. But, this was offset by the sumptuous in-room breakfast and private facilities available.

I had a fantastic stay at Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the superb service from Carla at the front desk and the helpful porter. The staff was responsive and quick in fixing any issues that arose, such as a blocked shower drain. The hotel had interesting architecture and design, creating a modern and clean ambience. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the design of the bathroom and the breakfast experience, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
